Quality Assurance
Before crating and shipment, every Manitowoc ice cube machine is operated for a minimum of two ice-making cycles. During this testing, inspectors record the serial number, air and water temperatures, humidity, freeze times, and harvest times as part of their final inspection. Ongoing reviews of this test data assure that Manitowoc ice machines consistently meet the highest standards of quality.

Three Cube Sizes
Available in three sizes, our unique "rhomboid" shaped cubes are easy to work with. Be sure to select the size that best suits your need for ice: "Half Dice" (3/8" x 1 1/8" x 7/8", 96 cubes per pound), "Dice" (7/8: x 7/8" x 7/8", 48 cubes per pound), or "Regular" (1-1/8 x 1-18 x 7/8", 30 cubes per pound). QM30 and QM45 machines dice size only. |

Undercounter Ice Cube Machines
- These units are perfect when you need ice made on the spot and don't want to carry or haul ice from another location.
- Compact undercounter ice machines are ideal for small volume ice production, limited ice needs, or as a back up during peak business hours.
- Production for these air-cooled or water-cooled units range from 147 lbs to 290 lbs of ice regular, dice or half dice cubes in 24 hours. Bin doors slide up and out of the way allowing unobstructed access to the ice bin.

Manitowoc Flake Ice Machines

The Manitowoc line of commercial flake ice machines consists of four series ranging in daily output from 395 lbs (179 kgs.) to 2150 lbs (975 kgs.) Choose air or water cooled condenser models producing flake or chiplet ice. The Manitowoc/Ziegra flake or chiplet ice machine marries the proven technology and reliability of two industry leaders in Ice Machine Manufacture.
Flake ice is small, hard bits of ice. Chiplets are larger irregular shapes of hard compacted flake ice with an approximate ice size of 3/4" x 3/4" x 3/16" (1.00 x 1.90 x.48 cm). Undercounter flake ice machine models produce irregular pieces of flake and chiplet ice with a soft degree of
hardness.
